They called the police on me my friend and like 7 other guests because we wanted a refund. Rooms was not likely they advertised and to top it THEY HAVE ROACHES! Yes roaches!! They know they have them to the manager name is Maria and she is really rude and all the employees are rude and racist as well. They argue with you in English then switch to Spani!! THANKFULLY I KNOW SPANISH but over all no stars but I have to put one to make a comment.!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! The hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures online !!!! The price does not nearly reflect the hotels value at all. The hotel staff besides ONE night clerk ( a black male ) was HORRIBLE. They were unreasonable and very rude. The rooms are disgusting. The beds are yellow stained. The tv didnt work at all. There is a horrible roach infestation they also have bed bugs. The elevators barely work they shake and rattle as if they were about to break down while in use they are a scam and refuse to give deposits back blaming guest for things they know are already damaged. The halls and stairways and even the rooms REEKED of urine honors people were sitting around the property outside. This is by far the WORSE hotel experience I have ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Rooms: Stink , raggedy , tv didnt work , blow dryer smoking . Safety: Elevators on the brink of breaking down Noteworthy details: Dirty , Overpriced , rude staff , bug infestations , unprofessional
