I remember actually being brought here by the parents of the wife of Erik Perez from PTL Insurance which was another review that I posted on my listings here.During that time, Erik Perez's mother in law (named Maria) was actually one of my legal guardians when I was a little kid. Maria walked into the rear of this business with me ..to keep an eye on staff, and as I sat in the dentist chair, I began to realize that the dental tools looked extremely dirty and unsanitary.When I complained, the dentist named Mrs Amargos became extremely aggressive and began yelling and carrying on inside of the business. Maria asked me to step out of the medical room ..and to wait for her in the waiting room. Within seconds, Amargos got into an extremely heated verbal altercation with Maria, and Amargos actually THREW her gloves at my legal guardian Maria in the hallway!!Every time I came to this business before this shocking incident occurred, I had always witnessed Amargos as always having a VERY bad attitude as though she had been sick and tired of her profession. The fillings she had done on my teeth were also all done extremely unprofessional, as commented by other dental professionals.Maria, her daughter (Niki) and I quickly exited the front door of this place leaving my legal guardian, Maria on fire (in rage). All 3 of us were extremely shocked at what happened to us here, and we just never came back here. Just so unbelievable, and definitely a first at any medical office for all of us.From then on, Maria's family began taking me to the office of Felipe Noreña who was located in Kendall during the time, which was a more pleasant experience for all of us (that biz also in my review listings on here).
