Dear Mr. Khalilov, thank you for your note. We are sorry that you decided to leave without having your service although we offered to you other stylists that had enough time and also asked if you can come in another day and time. When you made the appointment (the day before) you requested "color the hair" but did not elaborate your request saying that you wanted to go from light brown to bleach blonde. The process of a color is 15-30 min application, depending on the length of hair followed by 40-45 min processing and after that is a 10 min shampoo; whereas the process of changing your color to bleach blonde takes 2-3+ hours depending on how your hair will react and it is something that cannot be done in one stroke of color but it needs several bleach applications (min 2 times) with a processing time in between. So please, next time, when you book an appointment at a hair salon make sure to mention the exact service you want so anyone at any salon can book your appointment properly with enough time needed for your request.
