I was there almost a month ago and they still haven't returned my $100 deposit.
They do not give any type of response in any way
We left two hours before the time and with the room in perfect condition
If you want to pay an unjustified extra cost, this is the option to choose for your stay
I can't say anything positive until they fix this.

Right on Ocean Drive, the hotel is in a great location, the rooms were standard.
We were there for spring break, pretty much by chance, good thing we took an Uber to the hotel, the parking situation on site was catastrophic.
There is a small bar downstairs in the lobby, we had a few tacos in the evening that were really good
