        Absolutely horrible experience from the time I checked in and my wife and were told we should take all the luggage to the room ourselves. Was given a room on the club level and told I had access. It was then removed on the second day saying they made a mistake. After they told me all the amenities I would enjoy with this room. Hotel is extremely dated. Bathroom was filthy, as well as a broken tub, and exposed electrical wires. Honestly dont even bother staying here. Some of the staff are extremely rude and indifferent. Including the manager. Even after they sent maintenance to fix all the issues, and yet nothing was fixed! For $1200 a night you would expect a much better experience. You would be better off staying at any other hotel in south beach!! I should have listened to all the other 1 star reviews

        My fianc and I had the BEST massages with Carla and David! The facility is super clean and pretty. We cant wait to come back. Highly recommend getting massages from Carla and David!
