Karen van Beyer PhD

She was appointed for my custody evaluation and she not only failed to get facts correct, she failed at getting peoples names correctly of whom she was interviewing, her report contradicted its self, she believed the known liar, she also didnt do the report in a timely manner by any means. Shes showing early signs of dementia and just isnt competent at her job any more. She should really have her license taken away at this point. Its a shame that the court system is still allowing her to work with them and even sadder that the board is allowing her to hold a licenses still.

this was out 1st Evaluation in a child custody case, the first one was the court appointed evaluator (Dr Karen van Beyer ) in witch we my Ex wife and I agreed to select and use, since my Ex wife didn’t like the out come and it was not favorable for her.... my Ex wife motioned in court to have another one done at her expense the Second evaluator my Ex wife picked was Dr. Alan, and his Wife witch was picked by my Ex wife I agreed to participate in and perform testing I was very Happy with the outcome from Both Dr. Karen vanbeyer and Dr. Alan they were both right on point, fair , Honest and have been doing this for a very long time. I recommend them 💯 and their intentions were all about my Daughters best interest and concerns Of her well being. Can’t go wrong here, so if you can’t solve and work things out, and need a Evaluator, in my opinion this is best places
