Dr. Brodsky and the staff are incredibly kind, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and they helped my pregnancy go smoothly. The delivery went very well. I recommend their office!

I've been a patient with Dr Plank since I got pregnant with my first baby. She was good to inform us about the development of our baby and explain that depending on delivery date she might be the one attending the birth or not, So far all good. Nurse staff at the office is also good and attentive. My biggest problem and the reason why I'm actually starting to look into other options, is the receptionist/phone attendant. She's very rude, and unfortunately I think I noticed she starts being rude when she: a)notice my latino accent or, b)sees my latino name. My baby is now 2yo, and this lady is still showing her same behavior. Rude at the phone, inattentive, impatient and maybe it's just my perception, but I think also a bit racist. Again, medically all good, but just knowing that I have to go though this lady to get appointments/prescription refills makes me wait as long as I can.
