Working with Country Glass and Mirror to get a window pane repaired was one of the smoothest projects we have ever done in the 3 homes we have owed! Andy was kind, empathetic, professional, and helpful on the phone. Chris assessed the window, made the bid, and completed the project with incredible expertise, professionalism, and also kindness and friendliness to our family and even our over- enthusiastic dog! He problem solved a complicated situation, and communicated the entire process so well that I could understand as the customer. Charlie managed the project and was also incredibly kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful with the unique placement of the window. Their quality work standards and customer service was just outstanding! This project was not large and not expensive, but it was tricky, and they went above and beyond in every way. I would highly recommend Country Glass and Mirror, and I am sure that we will use them again in the future!

Called to schedule an appointment for a service tech to come out and give me a quote for window glass replacement. Spoke with someone named Andy. The guy was rude and condescending. Maybe he just woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but theres no way Im giving any business to people that lack basic customer etiquette.
