Need more staff for a busy Friday night. Poor worker was doing her absolute best. I watched her truly cater to a mother and daughter. Went above and beyond fixing shakes because the person didnt know what they ordered and going into great detail about whats in the shakes. Definitely something she shouldnt have had to deal with having a bunch of people in line waiting. I was touched by her kindness and saddened by the lack of help and lack of appreciation from the customers.
