    Well maintained with lots of amenities, and activities that RV users can use Just a little to high priced and climbing. Must get a 4 month package to even get price down .It does have High end RVs

    Last year we came in an RV, this year we rented a manufactured home, and we're buying next year. What an awesome place: super friendly staff (esp. Jenny & Sally at the front desk), wonderful activities and services, fantastic neighbors!

    We first came to Monte Vista in our RV. Loved it so much we brought a house! That was 2 years ago. Now we're becoming full-time Arizonians because we love it here so much! Rarely leave the community! So much opportunity right here in the park to be active adults living life to the fullest.

    Nice exclusive adult community. Most unusual for an RV park. More like a country club! Probably not my type of stay for Solo Nomad . I'm still not looking forward to traveling out West in the desert. Most of these Parks have no trees. No shade, no green . And no views Endless activities. Enormous property. There's more going on here than anything else I have ever seen It is attached to a massive mobile home community. It's pricey. It's busy. This is the first time I've come across a property that charges a monthly utility fee for W&Swhich is normally included with the lot rental. I'm familiar with paying additional electric for seasonal stays, however, they also charge an additional "base" electric utility fee . In other words, if you decide to stay here, you wouldn't be leaving for a weekend trip or visiting family and staying with them. Because you're paying for the site and utilities every day, whether you're there or not. You get a reduced rate depending upon the number of months (3-6) during the season, but the reduction only brings it down to what other places cost on a monthly rate. They only offer a $100 Earlybird return incentive. That's the deal where you basically give them a loan for 6 months before you return. Depending on what months you stay here, you could end up paying more for one month on a seasonal contract than it cost elsewhere on a retail daily rate! But it's busy. It's full. The prices keep going up and people keep paying them Nearby activities: Nothing really nearby It's a long drive to go anywhere and gas is expensive out here. Safety: This is a gated community. Walkability: You can walk around here for hours and never go down the same street!
