If you want peace of mind, look elsewhere. Ryan B does not care about anyone only himself and the money he is getting. My husband and I moved from different state to AZ last year September 2023. We paid full amount for the house even tho it was the middle of the month, unfortunately the house was not helping our child because our next door neighbors dog. The dog barks throughout the night which was very devastating to our child. My husband texted him if he could make the lease 6 months so we can plan and move, he came up with so many things that was not helpful. Since our child was really suffering and was having meltdown from the noises, we decided to buy our own house in a new quiet environment. My husband took a whole week to deep clean the house and regrow the lawn, this man never appreciated the hard work and the effort my husband has put in to maintain the property.To cut long story short, Ryan made moving out of the house a nightmare and very frustrating for us especially our young kids. We even bought someone as sublease for the months that was left, he said NO. We left the place on 3/30/2024 and he listed the house 3/31/2024. We paid him full 2 months rent ( April and May) and he wanted to take our security deposit as well. He just leased the property to someone (4/9/2024), literally he took our 2 months lease for free($3,700)To make matters worse and sad, he came up with some deduction on our security deposit ($1,850)leaving us with ($1,166.95), explaining with a letter saying the money was reduced for taxes and commissions (06/24, 07/24, 08/24). I hope the main designated Broker will see this review.

Despite some unfortunate plumbing issues in our unit throughout the majority of our lease term, AH Properties has really been great to work with. Brandon is responsive and understanding, and he seems to genuinely care about the happiness of tenants. The problems we faced were no fault of Brandon's or anyone on the AH team, but rather just with the unit and complex as a whole (that no one really could have predicted). Now that everything is all fixed up, this really is such a lovely little condo, and we have greatly enjoyed our time here. Thank you guys!

We have had the pleasure of renting a beautiful home through AH Properties for the last two years. Debbie was our property manager and she has been truly the worlds best!! I cannot rave enough about the support we had as tenants. Any unforeseen circumstances were always handled professionally and very efficiently. I have never had such a positive experience as a renter in Arizona and if I ever move back, I would only ever rent from Debbie. I would give 10 stars if could!

I rented a house thru Debbie Latsch at AH Properties. She was very professional and quick to respond. Any issues were resolved properly and immediately. I also used her as a property manager for my rental house. The experience was aldo just as good - professional and very responsive .
