On Track Garage Door Service

The team appears to have done a good job....time will tell. They need to be better at cleanup after. Many small white chips they tried to sweep could not....a vacuum would be better. Also a lot of white power on the floor...may need plastic in future. A dented panel they said will be replaced. In general, happy with the install. Sorry no photos since I already cleaned the area.

On Track replaced our 30 year old garage door opener with a new one that is much nicer and quieter. They got it done quickly and did a great job!

Ordered window frames and we received the wrong ones. Reordered the frames again and never received a phone call back from Diane, she was out of the office or some other excuse. My customer was so mad she cancelled the order with us. Very poor customer service. Diana did not return numerous phone calls, I don't know how you can say she did. If I new what was going on I could have relayed that to my customer. But lack of communication on her part really sucks
