we have been using valley garden for about 6 to 8 months. Alicia is the most trustworthy landscaper I have ever met. Her pricing is very good and they always show up on time. We leave my company’s requests to do certain items, but we have gotten to the point we just leave it up to her people to figure out what needs to be done. Our property is about 5 acres with over 100 plants and at least 50 trees. They do just about everything? miscommunication may happen from time to time but some people are quite annoying and I wouldn’t blame Alicia for blocking their calls. If there’s ever an issue she is always willing to work things through.

Valley Lawn & Garden Care has been taking care of our landscape needs in multiple homes since 1992. They have consistently sent the same professionals to maintain our properties for years, we have gotten to know them and appreciate the outstanding work that they do every time they come. I have used Valley Lawn and Garden for about 10 years. They do excellent work at reasonable prices. They have a stable crew so they know your property and how to care for your landscaping. Angel is very knowledgeable and can give advise on planting. If you want a trustworthy and honest company, Valley Lawn and Garden is for you.

I'm so sad to have had this experience - we've used Valley Lawn & Garden for about a year, and they've done great work with regular monthly service and occasional special requests (cutting back the palms twice a year, burying some electrical cord when we redid our landscape lighting). However 11 days ago, things got strange. We had a dispute over one of the monthly charges, and rather than work through the situation and come up with a mutually agreeable resolution, I think my number has been blocked. I've called three times, gotten voice mail each time, requested a call back so we could talk through things, and gotten no response. I've sent multiple text messages, and gotten no response. Yesterday the crew didn't show up for monthly service, and now I'm scrambling to find someone to clear the weeds and trim the yard before I get in trouble with the HOA. And still no response. While I respect a small business owner's right to choose who they want to do business with, the lack of professionalism is extremely frustrating and bewildering given how great they've generally been to work with.
