Made an appointment for an estimate online and even got a text confirmation. Arrived and was told the online scheduling system doesn't communicate with their in-house system so they actually didn't have time for the appointment that was made and confirmed. After making me feel they were so going out of their way to accommodate me, they told me they found an advisor that was kind enough to squeeze me in and kindly offered me water while I wait.
After standing there waiting 30 minutes, I left and will never be back. If this is their lack of care when trying obtaining a customer, I can only imagine their lack of customer service when you are actually already a customer stuck with your vehicle in their hands.

I was a little hesitant coming up since when I arrived there was some arguing between the employees in the doorway. However, Kent made a joke as I walked in and made light of the situation. Kent ended up being my estimator and he took care of me and was great through the entire process. I got my car back at the earliest estimated day of completion and was able to drop off the rental car and not have to worry about that aspect. Thanks Kent! Whoever is in charge and reads this, you should give him a raise. Service: Body & Trim
