I had 2 windows repaired at Novus very quick and professional service. I would reccomend this business to anyone. I was very pleased and you can't tell repairs were made at all. The owner and receptionist were very friendly.

Terrible service. I waited 30 minutes for them to open at 8 AM like their hours were posted. The owner or manager showed up at two minutes after eight and unlocked the door and told me to come on in. I asked him how long it usually took to fix a small crack in my windshield, and he told me “once the guys get here it might take 15 to 20 minutes.” I informed him I had to leave at 8:20. I could not believe it is like the employees were not on time to work and that he was okay with that !
