I've always liked this nail salon. They do very nice nails and this is my go-to place to get my eyebrows waxed in meriden. The people who work here are always polite and accommodating. Most of the times there is now wait, but even when it's been busy I never waited very long. No complaints!

I love this place. Lovely customer service. Shanty is great. They please you in what you want and need. They are very soft and gentle with your nails. The girls at pedicure are fabulous. I would definitely recommend this place do get your nails done, eyelashes and wax. Anne puts eyelashes very good. Li does an awesome job at eyebrows wax. They accept walk-ins but it can get busy somedays. I prefer calling for an appointment a head of time.

Literally just left this establishment. Online It stated the business closed at 7. I show up and they all look annoyed because the sign outside the door says 6 PM and I got there at 5:32. I ask if they have time because of the misunderstanding I could come Monday I did not realize that they close at six the owner stated dont worry they could fit me in and the ladies in the back did not realize I speak Spanish when I heard them saying very nasty things such as who shows up 20 minutes before were supposed to close. I stated in Spanish if you dont have the time I can leave because I dont want bad service due to their demeanor and I understand wanting to go home and be in a rush she continued to ignore me. I stated all I need is for my gel polish to be removed Ill be fine with that. Dont worry about polishing my nails. She insisted on at least cutting my toenails I said no you can just file them down. She then later proceeded to charge me the total of $35 even when I did not get the full service and was pressured into leaving because of the tone set at the beginning of the service. I am very unhappy. I literally left crying. Little did she know I Just wanted one moment to myself I was not at all trying to be inconsiderate or nasty It was a misunderstanding of operating hours. For the nail lady who claimed her arms were tired and she just wanted to go home. I had just worked a 20 hour shift I am a single mom next time just be a little bit more graceful I needed a breather too. I showed up 30 minutes prior to the establishment closing your comments and nasty attitude was not needed.

The people who work here are so rude and unfriendly. I only go here because its convenient and prices are fair. Whenever i go for eyebrow waxing, they tell me they have availability but then im left waiting and waiting with no update on how long. They are on their phones while doing services and all around just not a welcoming place at all.

The staff was nice but the pedicure was sloppy, rushed, and rough. I wouldn't recommend this place
