Office staff very rude. Waited 6 months for headstone. Made several calls regarding completion of headstone and always told they were behind because unable to get stencils. In April, I phoned and told it would be completed in 2 to 3 weeks. Still no headstone the end of May. I got my money back and ordered stone from another business. Would definitely not recommend doing business with this company.

Worse service ever the lady is so rude talks alot about her personal problems yells and walks away as your talking to her crying not professional at all i think she needs to retire this job is to much for her she. I will be posting on social media about this place PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE 0 stars

Extremely rude, tries to pass it off but I would never give them any business. Started getting loud almost the second I walked in the door.

very poor customer service, very rude, lies, the office stinks like cat pee and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years. I came from out of town to get my mom headstone , I was told 8 weeks and  gave a deposit . wellI returned to see how things were going because she never answered the phone. well besides all this she tells me it going to be another 6 to 8 weeks, I asked for my money back so I can go somewhere else and she said no I'm not giving your money back.I said you haven't even started or done anything, she was mad and tried to say at the end she would give my money back and she would take 20% off. I asked to speak with the manager and said you're not talking to my 85 year old dad. I got my money back after all this stress. Stay away from this place really really bad service.

I am writing this review to warn people. Run from this place as fast and as hard as you can.  She was great when we placed the order and wrote the check.  We didn't know what we were in for.  Every time we would call to check on progress she had one excuse after the other. When I finally went there to see what progress was being made she got angry and started slamming things down on her desk and throwing things around. Mind you this was eight months later and she was acting like  I was in the wrong for daring to question her on the lack of progress. She even blamed it on covid restrictions but you don't need to open for business if you own the place and are just going in to fulfill your obligations.  I haven't heard of any restrictions on working alone in a closed business by yourself.  Bottom line took ten months and a lot of heartache and stress to finally get his stone placed .   So save yourself all of the hassle and heartache and go anywhere but here.  The only reason she got one star was so I could do the review
