Worst loan ever cant even make payments through the app get charge 10$ every month just to make there payment u should have a make a payment are in the app or website not transfer bank is trash

DISCRIMINATION BEAWARE: Worst service and experience ever since I been with this bank for over 3 years. A racist teller named Alejandra ignored me for 15 minutes even had her teller closed with sign looking at me with dirty look.. even though there was not any customers in line during slow time at 3pm. I was only person in line. I was chatting on phone while I waited and she intentionally ignored to help me until a white lady and mexican lady came in and stood in line behind me. Then opened her teller and finally decided work. When I came to here she just waved my check and said she can't deposit it... even though this is same check I been cashing for over 3 years and never had a issue before with any other teller. She then rudely threw check at me rudely so I left. She only like help Mexicans because she is one and helps whites because she is afraid any other race she will give you run around so she doesn't have to work. BEAWARE DISCRIMINATION AT THIS BANK by her. A formal complaint will be filed to corporate office. Please avoid this bank especially Alejandra...very sickening experience!!!

BAD SERVICE. Employees need to be re-trained by managers at this location. The employers act busy for nothing without any costumers. Horrible service from alejandre very rude and makes costumers feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very lazy employee and bit racist with her attitude.

Holy jeez!!! I opened accounts for my wife and I years ago when I was stationed out there at Travis AFB. Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. We have to call at least once a year to keep our IRA accounts open. When I was stationed there, it seemed like the employees were very unknowledgeable about things. They screwed up my kids accounts so much that we closed them almost immediately after opening them. Just called to close all our accounts, when I finally got a hold of someone I was redirected to the general automated phone system. Then entered what I needed to get a call back IN 50 MINUTES!!! Seriously, the absolute worst financial institution one could do business with. Yall, go to Navy Federal where you can reach a real person 24/7 in just a couple minutes. Hey if you decide to go with Travis..I warned ya!!! Update: the next day, following the original review, I was contacted by a Travis CU representative who wanted me to share my recent and past experiences with this institution. I believe she was seeking more information for process improvement. It seems that they care, however, the ultimate orchestration of this CU comes from the top, and if they are unwilling to change their processes the institution will remain the same. I explained to the caller from the CU that there are two businesses that should always have an immediate representative available. The first being medical, and the second being financial. Money and healthcare are not something to take a lax approach to, ever. Anyway, if you decide to move forward in doing business with Travis, I hope that your experience differs greatly from mine.
