Had my daughter's 1st birthday there at 11am on a Sunday. I could never get a hold of anyone before hand to find out what time I could get there to set up before hand. I called multiple times nobody answered the phone and anytime I was at the mall nobody was at the business. We showed up at 1030 to set up for our 11am party, thinking they should at least give 30 min. Nobody showed up to open the place untill 11am on the dot. All my guests and food and everything were sitting outside the business waiting.
