        Cathy is professional, polite, prepared and really knows her stuff. Ive opened two accounts and each time she was very patient and answered all of my questions. Premier Bank is lucky to have her!

        Cathy went above and beyond on gathering all of the information we needed, and did it right away, to ensure we didn't overpay a builder. She printed copies with every detail, and had them ready for me to pick up ASAP. In general, the whole team at Mentor branch is full of smiles and service! Hats off also to Paige, Ashley, and Carla. Keep up the great work, and family feel!
