I have been with Northbrook for almost 10 years. I've always been impressed with their exceptional service and ability to help you navigate the the insurance arena. Most impressive is the speed, professionalism and responsiveness you receive when a claim or accident happens. As someone who has worked with many other insurance agents in the past, Northbrook's level of customer services is one that all others should try to replicate. Great pricing, the BEST customer service. Would highly recommend.
