I lived there for 8 years. They raised apartment rent from $520 to $700 per month for one bed which is insane. New Management are rude and push you hard to move somewhere else. Definitely not suggested to rent these apartments.

Lived there for over 5 years, finally moves out and bought my own house. Our apartment had black mold, all they did was paint over it twice, when it came back the third time it was it time to move out. If anything needed fixing good luck; however, I heard they got rid of the maintenance people. That should help with some of the issues, but there is a lot to fix in the apartments.
I wish anyone good luck who rents here.

Rented from there for a year and we had open work orders for 9 months that never got fixed. New management took over now so may be better. Raised rent from 650 a month to 900 a month. It's not worth the price. Sketchy neighborhood. Saw the cops at the buildings about twice a month.
