Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company and refuse your mortgage company to work with this team of unprofessionals and have them order a different company! Use your money on the right company, this is not the one!This company was very bias on appraisal and we had this on surveillance video of them doing so. Not only did they use two different zip codes other than where my property is located, but they were over 2 miles apart when we had comps within a miles radius! And they were to lazy to adjust it!They do not know what they are doing! The appraisal company we used after came in $90,000 higher!!! We are reporting to the state as well we sincerely dont want anyone to waste theyre time and money with these people!
