        I placed an online order with Outdoors Inc, and called a few days later with a question, despite their website directing me to an email address. The employee who answered the phone was immediately happy to help me with my order, and even went out of his way to call their shipping department and return my call (within about 5 minutes!) to keep me in the loop. I've really appreciated the dedication to customer service and the friendly, helpful attitude of the employees I've spoken with. Thank you!!!
