      image Real rude customer service will not recommend getting service from here. They won't call the manager which I requested and I have pictures to prove no one was in the front and refuses to tell me updated information about our vehicle

      image They're appointment times/scheduling is terrible. They didn't show up the 1st time. The technician lied and said no one was home. They came out 4days later, looked at the glass and sa8d they could fix it because they didn't have the proper tools, which was crazy because why wouldn't you come already prepared for whatever type of break it was. Lastly, they said they wouldn't be able to reschedule until the 20th of the month and the day they showed up was the 1st. VERY POOR customer service
