Bristol On Union

Moved into Bristol on Union today. Was super easy and quick. Keshawn is so knowledgeable and was incredibly helpful making things go smoothly and quickly. Property is the nicest in the area and the apartment is in tip top shape. All good.

Keshawn is the definition of a consummate professional, bringing some 615 love to the 901. I moved into the unit that he toured with me within a week. What a smooth experience! Bristol better give this man the penthouse suite.

The leasing process went smoothly, it would have been better if all expenses etc. had been shown (like a check sheet) up front. Thank you Keshawn and Chris.

It's quite expensive like for the admin fee, lease protect, monthly rate but I believe it's all worth it.

I lived at The Bristol from 2021 - 2023. My living experience there was decent, but theyare deceptive. I moved to Memphis from another state and rented my apartment sight unseen. I secured a one bedroom But whenI got there wasshown a studio. Initially, I thought I wasbrought to the wrong apartment but the representative confirmed that I was in the one-bedroom, which is a STUDIO. How they are able to advertise studios as one-bedrooms is beyond me. Almost the entirety of my two-year stay one of the elevators was out of service. They never put a sign up and there was no communication on when it would be repaired. When it was time to move out, there was an ice storm in Memphis. They did not salt the loading dock andthe entire thing was a sheet of ice, whichprevented me from being able to move. They took no responsibility and charged me for each day I could not move stating they had to. The carpet and blinds were threadbare and warped when I moved in. I even noted this on my move-in sheet. When it came time to move out. They charged me for the carpet, the blinds, and a host of other things. It ate up my entire security deposit and left me with a balance owed of over $100. I emailed the apartment rep telling her that I put in a work order for the blinds, she lied and said that I didn't. I called the corporate office and the rep there said I noted it on my move-in sheet, so she removed it. She also removed the carpet charge because of its age. The Bristol claims to be a luxury apartment complex, but they operate without integrity. If you are looking for a place to move, I suggest YOU DO NOT move here.
