Cummins Sales and Service

Cummins was very punctual and professional during our visit. This was our first RV issue and we were dreading taking it in. We took our RV in for generator issues and received it back by end of business day. Greg, front desk guy, went above and beyond assisting us. He was very helpful with the entire process.

Joe McGowans and his team are the best! They worked diligently and went above and beyond what was expected to get our RV back on the road - even staying after hours to help us. Very friendly, professional, super-competent folks! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Called on a very hot weekend because our RV generator stopped working 1 day into a 3-day trip to our daughters National Competition. Instead of just calling for a very expensive after-hours service visit, Joe (Supervisor on call) asked some questions and walked us through a quick and easy troubleshoot that required no service. He had us up and on our way again! Saved us a HUGE amount of money and kept us on our way so our daughter wouldnt miss her big event. Cant say how much we appreciated what he did!
