        Great service ! My dishwasher broke and they came the same day and the part came in very quickly after and it was all done within a few days and he was very very professional and I think very affordable!

        Shawn was an excellent technician. He was friendly, professional, and hard-working. He identified the issue with our washing machine and openly discussed the steps he would need to take to resolve the issue (and the associated cost). He also sacrificed his body crawling around our pantry to access our stacked washing machine/dryer. I would recommend Mr. Appliance to those looking for an expedient solution to their concerns. I feel as though you pay a bit of a premium for good, quick service. I will say that the scheduling was a bit difficult - I scheduled an appointment, then, they called to move up my appointment, but they did not confirm that change with me. When they left a message on my VM without my conformation, they cancelled my original appointment. So, I had to call back to get a second appointment.
