DISCLAIMER: I was FORCED to give that 1 star as one is toooo many! I made a mistake and went to the wrong rental business, I got the first of the name correct but Concepts was the MISTAKE. This place needs to be looked into by the SHELBY COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT. THE SHELBY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, and certainly the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! The office is BEYOND FILTHY! This so called "OFFICE", where one has to go to make the orders and arrangement, is in such disarray that it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to focus. The storage in the back is SCARY FILTHY. The Pub tables that were rented, were DANGEROUS!!!! At the Open House Reception, one of the tops FELL OFF on one of the helper's foot. The chairs had MUD and FOOD all over them. I considered spray painting them, (scratches, mud and filthy chair pads) but feared the Bride would have to pay for "SPRAY PAINT DAMAGES" It was very cold that day of the party, and we had to get buckets of soap and water to clean off the NASTY (yes, I am saying NASTY again). When I returned the items, I spoke with the older lady in the back of the office and her attitude matched her office space...NASTY (the younger one up front was very accommodating). I went out to the back "storage area" (a big broken down tent where MUD abides) where the employees showed her what I was talking about, she brushed it off like it was nothing. Now let me RATE this establishment; I will give this place a NEGATIVE 10...It is by far the NASTIEST environment and the lady in the back is the epitome of UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!! The rental inventory belongs on the street for Big Trash pick-up day. They are looking to hire a person to do laundry and press their linens...THANK YOU GOD, I did not need to rent those. I can only IMAGINE.... This Business is a "HELL TO THE NOOOO" for me. Absolutely UN-RATEABLE! (SMDH)

I was very satisfied with my rental service. I needed a tent for my May 1st wedding, to protect my string quartet from the sun. Some competitors were quoting me astronomical prices for a 10 x 10 tent. Party Concepts worked with me and gave me a GREAT price and they also delivered/set up the tent on a Sunday. I paid an extra fee, as they are normally closed on Sundays. It was so worth it, since the price was still soooo much better than other businesses. I also rented beautiful plates, goblets and utensils. Everything looked perfect on my big day and I didn't break the bank! At least not on Party Concepts Brides, do yourself a favor and visit this business for your rental needs!

This company is very unprofessional and unorganized. They ruined my mothers birthday party. The products we received were damaged and they delivered the items to the wrong address. Elisha is sleeping with the owner and is nasty and rude. Avoid this place and save yourself the trouble. I have photos and emails for proof. It took them 3 days to come and pick up their products after the party.

They delivered the wrong dishes for my wedding. I was told my stuff was delivered to another wedding so several hours before the wedding they drove out a different set. I ordered square white sets and because they didnt have enough, They had to deliver round ones. I had no choice because it was several hours before the wedding. Table clothes had some mold on them and they changed them out. However the dishes they re delivered half of the were dirty. Who ever they use to wash stuff didnt wash them. All my bridesmaids had to work together to wash everything to get weeks old food off everything. they literally wrapped the dishes together with food stuck all over the plates. I gave them about two months to do the right thing and at least offer me some kind of a discount for not only delivering what I payed for, but for us having to do all the work cleaning everything. The ladies in the office were nice, but this company doesnt care about making anything right with customers. Truly is a sad situation because they have no idea how much stress they put me and my husband through on my wedding day and how many tears were shed trying to get 120 guest table settings fixed from there error, and unsanitary dishes taken care of.
