We spent several thousands of dollars on a new fence and 3 gates . One gate 48" wide and a double gate 10' wide. The work was done August of 2019. Since 2020, we have had to have them out several times to adjust all three gates. Before installing the gates and each time they came out to "fix" the gates I have asked them to fix it so the hinges are strong enough for the weight of the gate and/or install a wheel under the gate to support the weight. I was told neither was needed. They have been out several times to fix each gate and the same problem happens time and time again. So, problem only temporarily fixed! The beginning of June 2022 one of the double gates fell off the cracked post. One of the hinges stayed on the post and one came off the post with the fence. The cedar gate was held onto the post by two hinges. I have been trying to get the gate repaired since June 15, 2022. ALL, at least 12, phone calls or text messages initiated by me. Several messages not passed on, according to them. I have spoken with, Jim Wall (he is the only one who came out to look at the issue 7/7/2022, Andrea, Susan, Brad, Chris and lastly, danny. Today 8/3/2022 the gate was put back into place with the same hardware and wood, NO repairs or fixes to the problem. when I spoke to danny today, he said well - is the gate working? I informed him it is working at this moment but the problem was not fixed, it was just put back together. He told me to call back if it happens again! I was told twice to upgrade to a metal fence frame. Do they really think after all these issues I would spend one more penny at this company. HORRIBLE customer service!!
