Michelle S. was absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and so rude! I attempted to contact her multiple times and was met with nothing! She doesnt seem to contribute to ANYTHING! I will never be returning. Ive heard complaints from multiple people. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but, NO! I SHOULDVE LISTENED! The most unprofessional behavior Ive encountered in my 36 years in the home building industry. DESPICABLE! Service: Fan repair

Hello Everyone, I am starting a review that I plan on updating as we go along. My Wife and I signed our contract on August 1st of 2021. At the start we were told 12-15 months. Which was fine. Sign a new lease at our new place and keep going. We have had to reach out to sales to get updates on everything with not much ever being known. Had to do my own research to see that permits have been approved as of February 1st. These permits had been rejected 3 times from the City as well, delaying things even more. As a builder they should have known the codes that where rejected as well. We currently do not have any time line on a move forward plan. This is disheartening as everyone knows interest rates keep climbing. At this point I know things are delayed but would really like a time line on our beautiful home being built. On another note, one right next door to ours with the same permitting time has broken ground and already started to build. Update: I have started receiving regular updates as well as a potential start date for building our dream home. We are still very excited and happy to see quick response from multiple people on the Holiday Builders team!! Update: I have continued to receive updates and the build has been pushed forward. Will continue to make updates as Holiday Builders has stepped up considerably and will update as the build starts. Update: We have now been told our project is projected to close in 28 months. Delays delays and more delays filled with one bent truth after the next. First its supplies to start, thats a lie the buy them as they go, then its labor, then its permits. We have seen entire apartment complexes built in less time. When I ask for more hands on deck I get no responses. Guess we just sit and wait.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! I had a home built in 2018 in Port St Lucie and refereed 2 others to have homes built. However all of us and a few neighbors have had very similar issues. Leaks from the walls and foundations. They claim its gutters and erosion however 2 of 4 homes have gutters so that the theory is out. Ive called numerous times to at least have someone from holiday come look or take my photos but they refuse. So I hope they can see their cheap work here. I am under warranty for structural damage however they are doing their best to ignore it. Now we just discovered we have mold growing in my 2 year olds nursery and she has had respiratory problems for over a year and weve just begun the journey cleaning up their mess. Its amazing how their negligence and lack of accountability will have lasting effects on my family. Im sure they will put some PC comment below but trust me stay away. They also want to nickel and dime you on the front end of the sale and will funnel you to use in house lenders which they have interest in. Do NOT take that bait it is a complete under the table scam. Builders in this area are a dime a dozen so no need to deal with greedy corporations like this one.
