I came home one evening in June last year to a broken AC and a 93 degree house. I called Moore's and Kris came that night at like 8pm to diagnose and repair my AC. He's so professional, responsive, and very friendly. I didn't hesitate to call him again when I decided to replace my 19 year old AC unit last April. Again, Kris came by in a timely manner and gave me a thorough quote with many options and within the week it was installed. A few days ago it stopped cooling again so I emailed him, not expecting a response until after New Year's Day, but this morning Kris got in touch and came by this afternoon. I have always been extremely pleased with his services and definitely recommend him to anyone who needs AC work. Services: A/C system repair, Heating system installation

Based on my first experience with Moore's Air and Heat, they are my new HVAC company in Melbourne, Florida. I like to write honest reviews. What Moore's did for me is something I would only expect a totally brand new company to do. They gave me a great price to replace the broken compressor in my HVAC unit. I had first contacted the HVAC company that installled the unit. The original installers charge a standard fee for their service. I researched and found Moore's online. What Moore's did is charge by the hour. The original company wanted to replace all of the fluid, an estimate of 12 pounds at $40 a pound. Moore's was able to recycle the fluid that was there. Literally, the cost was less than half the price with Moore's. I have never had a company make a better first impression. They are easy to recommend because of this. Also, I would advise anyone to be careful of any HVAC company that offers a set price for a task. The set price is likely to be higher than the job should cost. Service: Repair HVAC
