NEVER NEVER NEVER use C&D cleaning.  I should've known not to use this business by the first phone call.  The woman that answered the phone sounded like she was drugged.  Then the day of my appointment which was supposed to be between 8 and 9, he didn't show up.  I called to see where he was and he told me that he'd had an emergency.  When I told him that I'd had this appointment for weeks and that I would've appreciated at least a call to let me know what was going on, he yelled at me "what's and hour late going to do to you?", and hung up on me.  I couldn't believe that someone who was still in business actually spoke to customers this way. I called him back and when he answered, he said he didn't need my business and that I DID need his business.  This person has no business being serving the public.  The next company that I got to clean my carpets told me probably four stories of how this guy treats everyone like crap and is a total creep.  Put this man out of business, because he should be!
