        Buyer beware !!! Lots of other people that bought their product like me after being installed developed a slow leak that in only 4 years on a 27 year warranty has become so bad that if I set my sleep number at 100 by 5 in the morning will be at 40 ! They want $145.00 service charge and another 300 plus ! Customer service advised me to "Be Aware of the Entire warranty" ! And that sorry that's the best they can do ! $6000.00 Dollars for a glorified water floaty ! Shop elsewhere !

      We want our customers to understand the terms of our limited warranty, which is why we post the limited warranty online and in-store. We think it's important to know that while defects in our beds are rare, the ones that do occur are most often found and reported at the beginning of ownership, which is why we fully cover any replacements due to defects during that period. After this period is the prorated portion of our limited warranty, where we're still covering a portion of the cost for your replacement, but no longer the full 100%. For assistance please give us a call at: 1-888-411-2270 8 AM- 4:30 PM Monday-Friday, 10 AM 2PM. CST Saturday.
