Jim was extremely quick to respond and professional in installation. When I messed up the measurements of one of the blinds, he even offered to replace the blind for free and shipped it directly to me.

Jim came and measured, made some helpful suggestions, and then, three weeks later, came to install the blinds. I had light-barrier blinds put into seven windows, and Jim added a translucent shade for the kitchen as a bonus. He worked incredibly quickly and efficiently, was easy to talk to, explained things so I could understand, and did a beautiful job.
