        I feel like it shouldn't be an 8 hour work day if your going to an urgent care clinic. With times like that you may as well go to the ER.

        Everyone from Donna at the front desk, Holt, Katie, Emily, Dr. Hussein, the gentleman that took my blood and the pretty young lady with the purple hair at checkout, were all amazing, as well as staff I did not directly interact with. Everyone was in good spirits, efficient, friendly, cordial, and professional. I had a negative experience at a different hospital and would never go back. I am only and always going to patient first, first. Thank you for the great experience and excellent care 11 out of 10 would recommend!

        This review is from my husband: I felt I was heard when explaining my signs/symptoms and received the proper treatment. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The physician was very professional. I would recommend this Patient First to others.

      Patient First Primary and Urgent Care - Mechanicsville

      Founded in 1981, Patient First Medical Centers provide urgent care, primary care, and occupational health services on a non-appointment, walk-in basis from 8 am to 8 pm, 365 days a year. Telehealth services are also available on a non-appointment basis from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday – Thursday, and 8 am to 6 pm on Fridays. Patient First physicians and staff care for routine injuries and illnesses, and provide women's medical services; vaccinations; annual, sports, and school physicals; workers' comp/work injury care; DOT physicals; and more.
