They really helped me like no other rental company. Everyone else wouldn't work with me or get back to me. I can't believe it, but it's been 4 years now and I can't thank them enoughh. If you need a place to live, you will be happy with Sloan and the rest of Pioneer Realty.

Im so grateful to have come across Pioneer Realty.
I came across a listing on Trulia/Zillow, and when every other realtor turned me down because of my dog or the judgements on my credit, Sloan understood my situation. I moved in Nov of 22 and he has been very helpful and patient with me ever since.
At first, I was skeptical and thought it was too good to be true, as I had been scammed before, but he has proven that he has truly wanted to help from the beginning. He has been SUPER kind and professional and informative during this process and I could not ask for a better realtor. Seriously.
Furthermore, whenever I have a maintenance request, it is always handled with urgency. Shaun is also very kind and efficient and it is always a pleasure speaking with him.
If I could give Pioneer Realty 10 stars, I would. So far, I have no complaints whatsoever.

I was in a crunch & needed to find a place for my family, quick. (A rental I had in place fell thru last minute). I had less than a week. I came across a property Sloan was managing, he was able to meet me to show the property the next day. He was prompt, professional & beyond polite! The application process was incredibly simple & within 2 hours I had my approval. 2 days later I had my keys & the moving began!! There was a slight hiccup with a drain pulley coming lose & again, he had it fixed the next day. In all the places Ive lived over my life, never has someone been so attentive & efficient. I believe everything happens for a reason, & I couldnt possibly be more grateful that I came across one of Pioneers properties!! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!!
