I called this company to assist with a residential dispute and they were here within 24 hours. They were professional, quick and very informative and nice. Great working with them over the phone and in person. Thank you for settling our situation and getting the job done so quickly!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SWINDLED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!! I paid them $1500 for 'phase 1' of a proposed sub-division request. Phase 1 was supposed to consist of a land boundary survey in which they emailed me a contract to sign before they would come out. At the bottom of the contract there is a section called ownership of documents, which says they retain all rights to the work they've done unless you are granted permission from the county and your initial proposed project is fulfilled. After my land was surveyed, they told me I had to deal with the county myself and refused to give me the land survey I paid $1500 for. They will mislead a homeowner and take your money. I even consulted legal counseling on this matter. The $1500 is less important than the overall principal that this company is not to be trusted and will take advantage and steal hard-working citizens' money. Please be advised, I have been involved in real estate for 7 years, stay away from youngblood Tyler & associates!!!
