Tried to purchase a gun , ready to buy was told yes you passed background check , said I would have to wait 30 days because i was a flight risk . Been a american citizen for 58 yrs, the firearms guys act like your bothering them . So i have since aquired 5 guns somewhere else. customer service sucks Mckinney texas and I did not appreciate being told I was a flight risk. will never give a dime to acadamy no need to reply guys . it will be the standard line of bull. look how far these complaints go back see a pattern. nothing will be done.

Stephen helped us with picking out a kayak and also some other things we needed. He helped us out to the car with it and helped us get it on the roof rack. We talked about lakes to visit in the area. Amazing customer service! We were really happy with everything and will be back to update Stephen on which lakes we have visited.

Nice selection, poorly managed. Tried to utilize their price match guarantee only to be told they dont price match to Amazon, when their website says they do & I had, funnily enough, utilized it to buy an item from this location earlier that same day, and that employee did match the price to Amazon. They were rude when they explained the actual policy to me, which is inconsistent with what their website says, and they went so far as to be threatening toward the employee that did offer the price match to me earlier. Really weird, I wont be shopping here again.
