Our vehicle was in for an exhaust leak service. The service was not performed and they were very snotty to my husband about picking it up. I had made plans for it to be left for a week while I was out of town so they would have plenty of time to find the required bolt.

World-Class Customer Service I wouldn't go anywhere else! My wife and I insist on taking having only NW Chevrolet service not only our Chevy/GMC vehicles but also our non-GM van as well. Virtually *all* of the Staff; (Sales, Service, Parts, and Management) consistently treat us and our vehicles with absolute care and respect and Service has on multiple occasions been able to save us money in most cases. Everyone at NW Chevrolet has gone out of their way to ensure that we always have a positive, pleasant experience and everyone at NW Chevrolet is a pleasure to work with!! Although there are other Chevrolet dealers closer to our home, my wife and I are simply unwilling to sacrifice the top-notch service and treatment we get at Northwest Chevrolet. Add the relaxed, laid-back, polite atmosphere, great people, and ample parking and it's a given that Northwest Chevrolet is our complete dealer of choice, every time. If you go in for Service, as for Jamie, or Michelle they will take great care of you, and your vehicle(s).

My experience was quick and easy. I was able to call in, schedule my service, drop off my rig, and pick it up right away the next day. Service advisor Michelle called me first thing in the morning saying they were taking it in and then called not soon after that it was finished. She was friendly and professional. Thank you!

We just bought our new SUV back in August and since this place has been under new ownership they have been very helpful and family friendly and not pushy just to get a sale they are also very into helping you get what you want and taking the time to find you exactly what you're looking for!
