I called A-1 sewer for a clogged drain in the company parking lot (which they did twice before). The Techs get here and say that they don't provide that service. When i told him that they did it twice before, I was told that they have no where to throw the mud. There was a dumpster not even 10 ft away. Then i was told that they cant throw the mud into the garbage, and that whoever did it before, shouldn't have. I told them never mind, and he promply asked where he needs to send the bill. I will never use them again

Had 2 plumber's out to snake my sewer and do a camera inspection. Both said my basement floor would have to be dug up and a complete new drain installed from the house to street, costing me over $15,000. I called A1, totally fed up at midnight after battling with it all day and had a call back within 10 minutes. I explained that my wife and i have 2 newborns in the house and cant even flush our toilets. Monte was our service tech and he was at my house by 930AM on a Sunday. The drain was cleared by 10AM. Do yourself a favor. USE THESE GUYS! Professional and prompt service! Thank you so much A1!

I can't say enough good things about A-1. Fast, efficient...you KNOW what they are charging you in advance....What more can u ask for? AND they have a bumper sticker on the back of the truck that says "Stool Bus." So, they have a sense of humor too!
