        Made a purchase yesterday and came back today to make a return or exchange. I informed an employee at the front of the customer service desk and he said somebody will be there shortly. In a little under 10 min, an employee from the check out line went behind the customer service desk to help her current customer. After she was done with the transaction, I was acknowledged, then told I had to make a line. The gentleman working the sports glasses section, seeing that I was waiting for a while, attempted to help me, until the woman behind customer asked him for some key and told him that I will have to wait in line. I just walked out. This is not how anyone should spend their Sunday morning. In response to Academy asking if I spoke to a manager... No, I did not speak to a manager. I was already irate from the long wait and nothing the manager would have said would have given me the time I lost. However, I returned the next day in the afternoon, got my refund in little to no time, and was able to move on.
