Don't ever switch to US Bank. We decided to switch over deciding we needed something national so we wrote a check from our old account putting it all in the new US Bank account the only problem was without a notice or anything they put a hold on the check because our account was "too new". So now we have zero access to all our money for 12 days. Whatever I guess I can understand but then my girlfriend gets her paycheck from SARAH BUSCH a place everyone should know and no joke they place a hold on it again. This time they say for 7 days. If you want to feel like a common criminal and don't want to ever have access to your money come to US Bank!

Horrible bank. Only 1.5 branches still open in Mattoon. Takes 1 hour to wait in line to cash a check. Wish switching all my accounts was not so difficult. Stay away. Appears to be at the point of closing completely in town.
