Guitar Center

I went to the store at 8:30pm on Saturday night for a return of an used item bought from a Guitarcenter store in Minessota. I was thinking wait time is short; but apparently it was not a good idea as the workers were ready to go home. Anyway, I am a foreigner and had miscommunication; the guy got upset and left. (I don't speak English well, and he had No patience). Other guy (who looked like his son) took over my return, but he had blunt attitude. Someone mentioned (on this review) that Guitarcenter is like Wal-Mart of music store. I perfectly agree and Wal-Mart is actually nicer. Go to Sam Ash. Update: I see the owner responded to some bad reviews. If you have time, spend time on educating your workers. Join Chick-fil-A for employee training.

I went in to sell a guitar and amp, the guy that helped me, looked up the wrong guitar in the system and offered me 60 dollars for a guitar that sells used on their website for 360 dollars. He knew nothing about the guitar models and also said that the pickups didn't affect the pricing of a guitar. It would just make sense to have people that have experience in the instruments they deal with everyday. I've been going for years and I'll never go back. All around unprofessional and should definitely be trained in customer services.

Went in to look at electric kits. Two low end Simmons kits set up, all the good stuff was in boxes with no displays. Whats the point of having a store if I cant even see a $2,500 item before purchasing it? Asked an associate if I could see it; nope.
