Bought an awning for my camper here years ago. It is still in great shape. The people who work here were nice , and helpful and knew what they were doing. Good quality at a great price.

The installers are awesome. The low review goes to the owner/manager who was wonderful at first and then has gone downhill from there. When the installers came out there is some trial and error. This occurs almost every year. The rain pools in the corners of the frame because of stretching. The installers have no problem coming out and they are very gracious. Vickie, however called my husband and told him that she would now be charging for them to come out because it happens so often. I think not! It’s the business responsibility to make sure installed and tightened correctly, that’s what we paid for. In addition when the awning was cleaned last time you could see the power wash marks on the awning. I can’t tell you how many people that sit underneath the awning notice the poor cleaning job. I would never order another awning from this place ever again. So disappointed with Vickie’s attitude.
