Where do I start.. Well this place gets one start for the nice office staff. Everything else sucks. Dog Parks 0/10- dog poop everywhere. Literally nobody picks up dog poop. People let their dogs dig holes people leave all their broken toys everywhere. The surface is gross. Its half dead grass and the other half mud. It stinks and there is no water. Plus you cant ever use it more because people have no control over their dogs. The dog poop is absolutely disgusting. The grass around the apts 0/10- dog poop everywhere. You cant walk more than 5 feet without seeing poop. The apt grounds crew doesnt ever enforce it. I have multiple people on video not picking up their poop and the front office does nothing. Garbage -1/10- every weekend the garbage fills up by Saturday AM. People who live here are too lazy to actually throw the garbage in the can, instead they just set it in front and by Sunday you have pile of garbage in front of the dumpster. Its pure laziness and once again the staff does nothing to enforce this. This last weekend someone just threw their full litter box on the ground in front of the can so you have to walk through a pile of cat poop just to throw away your garbage. Parking 0/10- the parking is terrible. There isnt enough for the apt. If you get home later than 7pm youre out of luck and have to park across the street. Also people who have a reserved spot park in the first come first serve parking just to be petty. Noise 0/10- people purposely speed all around the area with their obnoxious exhaust. This happens all times of the day. There is also a busy railroad crossing right next to the apts so you get to hear the train horn all night. The building itself is ok 3/10- its nice enough but its cheap. They overcharge for these apts. they are small and not very efficient. The water tastes weird and all the appliances are old and worn out. If I could do it all over again, I would never have signed a lease here. I only have a couple more months and then Im gone!!! If you love stepping in dog poop, and love hearing loud cars this might be your place. This place sucks.

Rent this place at your own risk. They charged me $3500.00 when I moved out. There is No normal wear and tear. I have pictures of how I left the apartment. It was clean. I cleaned the carpets , walls washed, kitten, bathrooms all cleaned, floors the whole apartment was cleaned before I turned in my keys. I thought, no issues. They charged me for every little issues. My patio was dirty, my sink was dirty, baseboards, carpets said needed to replaced for yellow stain and heavy foot pattern. My counter top had to be refurbished . Again I have pictures of it. I kept a clean and tidy place. I moved out for loss of income, now I have a $3500,00 bill. Just be warned. I have never not gotten my deposit back nor ever had to pay for any issues. Just be careful.

The hypocrisy of the aggressive breed rule they had when I moved in and the pet max of 2. Yet many neighbors had 3 dogs. Nearly attacked mine, went to the office to complain about the situation instead was meant with a timid and lukewarm response. Claiming they enforce the rules yet laughable at best. Had several cars towed for parking in my spot. The parking only matches 1 car per unit. Are you kidding me? You offer 2 and 3 bedroom units. How is that even close to enough and then over flow parking having break ins etc.
