We have used ECCH for 4 separate projects in our house. Since 2010 when we discovered them, we have never called another contractor. They are awesome! They arrive when they say they will, keep things on schedule, have excellent sub-contractors and are very professional. I can't say enough about them. They have remodeled our kitchen, floor to ceiling and did so in a 6 week timeframe. They remodeled our Master bath, put in a stamped concrete patio, gutters and wrapped the house in siding. Recently, they just completed a 1.2 bath and hallway project for us. We have referred them to friends and the results are the same - excellent! Word of mouth is the best advertising! I have no hesitation recommending them to do any job needed, inside or out!

My husband and I chose Emerald Coast Custom Homes, Inc (ECCH) to build a separate building next to our home in our subdivision that consisted of a garage with an adjoining large workout room, bathroom and storage. Due to having an HOA, we had to meet certain requirements for the outside of the building. ECCH was able to match the brick, windows, roof lines, garage door and trim with our existing home. We were so happy with the quality of work and the communication with ECCH that we hired them again to remove an inside door and rebuild a wall there. The wall looks like it was built with the original house. We also had them cut through the outside brick wall to add an entrance to the bathroom from our patio. We highly recommend ECCH for new home construction and home renovations.
