We have always loved supporting local small businesses especially in communities where big business are forcing them to close their doors. However, customer service is lacking here as it took over a year to get a repair man out to fix our ice maker on a refrigerator that was only 3 years old when it stopped working. We were promised multiple times they would be out the following week to fix it and no one ever showed. They said it was because they couldnt reach myself or my wife but we never had any missed calls from them. When they finally came out to fix it, over a year later, we were not told up front how much the repair on our ice maker would be and was charged $290. We dont mind paying for something to be fixed but the cost was never communicated up front. When I called to express my disappointment, the gentlemen I spoke with began to raise his voice at me. I have always spoken very highly of Larry and Alley and have sent business their way when talking to people I know who are in need of appliances. This kind of service is disrespectful and unacceptable to the customers who they are supposed to be servicing. We purchased all of our major appliances for our new build from them but after this encounter, we will not ever purchase from them again and cannot in good conscience recommend them again.

Nice place to buy appliances until you need service and then they change completely. I always try to buy local from small businesses but I got burned on this one. I was told they don't make the appliances they just sell them also these appliances were 7 months old

The staff is friendly (especially Harry), helpful, and willing to work out payments on merchandise. As a plus they deliver and have technicians on hand to service any problems that may occur with appliances. The delivery were speedy and friendly, as a matter of fact they arrived at my residence before I did (well before the scheduled same day delivery time).
