Costin Funeral Chapel have been wonderful with the arrangements and funerals of both my parents, as well as my grandparents' funerals. They are caring, compassionate and thoughtful people who help make a difficult situation more comforting and manageable. Debbie, Kenny, Austin and all the associates are warm and friendly and have always been very kind to work with. I have my final arrangements already set with Costin and it was an easy planning process. It's a lovely and beautiful chapel.

Wow these people are literally completely money hungry people who takes advantage of people during the most terrible time that you go through they don't try and work with you ,they make you believe that you are in a contract with them and you can't go to no other service ,not compassionate, nor caring it was a complete nightmare and I wish I would've known about they're SERVICES I WOULD OF NEVER WENT THROUGHT THAT TOUGH ORDEAL AND LOST 1500 WITH THEM FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING 😣🚫

My father passed away a little bit unexpectedly at the end of August. This place was recommended by hospice. I called the morning that he passed they had picked him up the same day. And we're very communicative even though it was a holiday weekend. They didn't try to upsell me anything I let them know that I needed the cremation and that was pretty much it and they didn't try to push anything on me. It's taking me a couple of days to go pick up his ashes because that was harder for me than I thought it would be, and they were so kind and so sweet and so flexible about when I could come. They even helped and made sure that the state picked up the portion of the tab they were supposed to. Given that it was probably one of the worst times in my life, I really can't say enough good about how the people that run this place are.
