        Review number 2.. I was gull born up to go back here again, And this time they screwed up both meat and my wife's taxes. And my state taxes last year never ever came back and now I owe WV money..... Don't pay hundreds of dollars for the guarantee because it doesn't guarantee you ANYTHING.. if they screw your taxes up, they do pay to make it right they "try" to fix it... yeah that's what the Guarantee you pay 100s for... found out the hard way..... i swear on everything holy im never going back here again. I'm just done dealing with them for 3 years I owe WV money. And it's on me. Everything was all screwed up I applied for direct deposit I got got a check in the mail for my return. the lady I had was like 80 some years old and had no idea what she was doing and I wasn't barely explained anything and I have no clue what's really going on with my taxes, was just rushed in and out. I got way less than I've ever got in a return even with my earned child credit because I don't think that the person working there knew what they were doing, I dont believe I got the right amount of deductions for me. I feel completely ripped off honestly.... I feel like I paid almost $400 for somebody to completely screw my taxes up...
